Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Leadership Training Officer who will drive program implementation, develop engaging training content, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful transitions to operations.

You will lead Train-the-Trainer sessions, manage documentation and knowledge bases, and support post-training reporting. The role requires strong communication, curriculum design experience, and proficiency with multimedia tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in training, implementation, or related field supporting Risk and Compliance (Investigation/Fraud/KYC)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience designing training content and curricula
• Familiarity with computer-based training systems and multimedia tools
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate partnership activities with internal/external stakeholders during program implementation.
• Create training content: modules, presentations, e-learning, job aids, resources.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions and certify trainers before class delivery.
• Monitor program progress and communicate with clients to resolve questions.
• Maintain and update the program knowledge base and post-training reports.
• Lead program handoff to Training Operations around day 30 with potential 60-day support.
• Identify and escalate risks to supervisor for timely resolution.
