Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking a Training Implementation Officer to support the launch of new programs by coordinating training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across the implementation life cycle. You will collaborate with internal teams and client partners to ensure seamless handoffs and effective knowledge transfer.

This role emphasizes strong communication, curriculum development, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, including leading Train-the-Trainer

Qualifications

• Must be a regular employee of Ubiquity.
• At least 6 months in their current role and department.
• Average Scorecard Rating (3 months) at least 3.0 or Meets Expectations.
• No active Disciplinary Action (DA).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• At least 2 years in training, implementation, or related field supporting Risk and Compliance.
• Proven ability to navigate conversations with clients and internal managers.
• Demonstrated experience in training and curriculum design.
• Familiarity with computer-based training systems and multimedia tools.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with multimedia tools is a plus.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Solid research and instructional skills to develop clear training materials.
• Ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement across the implementation life cycle.
• Collaborate with content development to create modules, presentations, e-learning, and job aids.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis via surveys and assessments to identify gaps.
• Lead Train-the-Trainer sessions and trainer certification prior to class delivery.
• Manage the training Masterfile and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate curriculum revamps and content updates after nesting period.
• Track and communicate parking questions to clients for timely resolution.
• Provide feedback to trainers and team leaders during rollout.
