Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in training, implementation, or related field supporting Risk and Compliance (preferably Investigations, Fraud, KYC/IDV/CIP)
• Proven ability to navigate conversations with clients and internal managers
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated experience in training and curriculum design
• Familiarity with computer-based training systems and multimedia tools (PC, TV/DVD, projectors)
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Movie Maker, Articulate, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; ability to engage diverse audiences
• Solid research and instructional skills to develop clear training materials

Aufgaben

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders during program implementation and participate in weekly meetings
• Collaborate with content team to develop training content including modules, presentations, e-learning, job aids, and resources
• Review training documentation such as storyboards and user guides
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis through surveys and assessments to identify gaps
• Coordinate and execute Train-the-Trainer sessions and trainer certification prior to class delivery
• Manage the training Masterfile and ensure data accuracy
• Facilitate curriculum revamp and content updates after nesting period
• Track and communicate stalled questions to clients for timely resolution
• Provide feedback to trainers and team leaders during rollout
• Send IT tool summary reports and coordinate User Access Testing with IT PMO
• Maintain and update program Wiki and knowledge base
• Prepare and send post-training reports (TURs, PURs)
• Participate in case study discussions with Training, Operations, and Quality teams
• Lead program handoff to Training Operations on day 30, with potential 60-day extension
• Support up to three new programs simultaneously
• Monitor, document, and escalate risks to supervisor
