Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Capability Development Training Lead to manage end-to-end planning and execution of training for Accenture Operations, including new hire onboarding, continuous education, and policy alignment.

The role requires leadership in training delivery, needs analysis, resource management, and performance improvement initiatives, with onsite client-site work and rotation schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of training experience.
• At least 5 years contact center experience.
• No specific domain requirement.
• With training management experience, i.e., door to floor (if there is a new LOB, resource will manage end to end training (running training, performance improvement))
• With stakeholder management experience
• With good team management experience
• Performance improvement experience, i.e., bottom quartile or NPS improvement
• Excellent comms skills

Responsibilities

• Clinical Training Delivery and Management for onboarding associates and team leads.
• End-to-end planning, execution and management of all onboarding training.
• Management of all training resources.
• Implementation of the Four Levels of Evaluation to measure training effectiveness.
• Roll-out of up-skilling, new products and services training, cross-skilling and continuous education programs.
• Performance trends and training needs analysis to improve performance or manage outliers through training or coaching.
• Design/review of training curriculum, content/learning materials, approach/methodology and evaluation processes.
• Generate, review and distribute training reports to operation leads and clients.
• Maintain collection and tracking of training data and support team reporting.
• Provide support for project shift schedules, rest days, and client-site location details.
