Qualifications

• 7–8 years of relevant experience in providing Training and Development.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in Training and Development with focus on Regulatory Compliance - AML or Transaction Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the training team at the client location or Accenture location.
• Ensure coaching, training, mentoring and domain knowledge for people on the deal/project.
• Maintain up‑to‑date facilitation, technical, domain and compliance skills for trainers.
