Pioneer Your Insurance is seeking an experienced Learning and Development leader to oversee the development and execution of L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals. The role requires guiding programs for target learner groups and ensuring business needs are met, with occasional travel to provincial branches.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in L&D/training, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, and a strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, behavioral science, business administration, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in learning and development, training, or related function with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
