Pioneer Insurance is seeking a Learning and Development leader to oversee the development and execution of learning initiatives for target learner groups, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business needs. The role requires 3–5 years in L&D with at least 2 years in supervision, strong instructional design knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across levels.

Travel to provincial branches will be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, behavioral science, business, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in L&D, Training, or related function; at least 2 years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various learning delivery approaches.
• Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project or program management.
• Ability to collaborate across levels and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in insurance/financial services is highly preferred.
• Interest in financial inclusion and community development is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Willing to travel to provincial branches as needed.

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various learning delivery approaches.
• Excellent presentation, communication, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management or program management.
• Ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in insurance, microinsurance, financial services, or related industry is highly preferred.
• Interest in financial inclusion and community development is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools like Canva.
• Willing to travel to different provincial branches as needed.
