Job summary

TESDA in the Philippines is hiring to serve as an Assessment Processing Officer and Training Center administrator. The role focuses on managing trainee lists, registrations, and schedules while enforcing library rules and maintaining records.

You will monitor trainee progress and contribute to induction programs. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 2nd Level Career Service Eligibility; NC I/II SMAW and trainer certifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job.
• Experience: None required.
• Eligibility: Career Service Professional (2nd Level Eligibility).
• Special qualifications: high social/emotional intelligence; good communication and writing skills; tolerance to work under pressure; unimpaired integrity.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Assessment processing officer in the Training Center.
• Collects/ maintains list of trainees, processes registrations, and schedules classes.
• Enforces rules and maintains discipline in the library; keeps permanent trainee records.
• Monitors trainees' performance in knowledge, skills and attitude; reports in EGACE.
• Conducts Training Induction and Job Induction programs.
• Monitors performance and reports via Learning Achievement Monitoring Report.
• Serves as Processing Officer for Assessment and Certification.
• Performs other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.
