Responsibilities

• Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies, and applications for program registrations and scholarship planning.
• Provides technical assistance and instructional services to agency beneficiaries through briefings and orientations of TVET partners in program registrations, assessment centers, and related areas.
• Consolidates data and other periodic reports.
• Implements quality standards and procedures.
• Assists in the development of procedures and techniques.
• Consolidates data and reports in assessing TVET needs and formulating educational programs.
• Performs other related functions.
