• Provides expert technical and instructional services to maximize skill acquisition.
• Directs implementation of projects through coordination with partner institutions.
• Evaluates training outcomes and consolidates data into periodic reports.
• Designs and enhances curricula and instructional materials.
• Performs other related functions to support training goals.
