Job summary

HCL Technologies Philippines Inc is seeking a Process Trainer to deliver all required training programs, including new hire training, continuous learning, and policy-based instruction. The role ensures agents achieve proficiency upon graduation and supports leadership with coaching and floor-level guidance.

The candidate will design content, develop assessments, and collaborate with operations to close performance gaps while adhering to company policies and account requirements.

Qualifications

• 4 Yr. degree - BS/BA or 3 to 5 years of work experience.
• Trainer certification in previous programs.
• Languages vary by location and market.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training programs and translate SME into knowledge and skills.
• Deliver capability development programs for employees including coaching and training.
• Deliver industry, domain, functional and client systems training for new hires and staff.
• Provide floor support and coaching to all employees including leadership.
• Develop communication assessment tools aligned with project goals and metrics.
• Develop modules and activities to supplement existing programs.
• Apply adult learning theory in 1:1 or group settings.
• Evidence-based reporting for management and improvements.
