Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2–3 years in training and employee relations.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process and disciplinary procedures.
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in training needs analysis, program design and facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Administer disciplinary processes in line with company policy and the Labor Code.

• 2–3 years of experience in training and development and employee relations (supervisory experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, due process and disciplinary procedures
• Experience in training needs analysis, program design and facilitation
• Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Good investigation, documentation and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with a learning management system is a plus
