Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an instructional design professional to develop eLearning and blended-learning materials for our learning programs in the Philippines. The role supports ILT/VILT formats, job aids, microlearning, and knowledge checks, requiring strong writing and stakeholder coordination.

The candidate will work on content using tools like Synthesia, Vyond, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Suite, with exposure to Degreed, Moodle, ServiceNow, and Salesforce KB for LMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of instructional design, curriculum development, learning content development, or equivalent L&D experience.
• ID certification or degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, learning objectives, assessments, storyboarding, and blended learning design.
• Experience supporting development of eLearning, ILT/VILT materials, job aids, microlearning, knowledge checks, and learner activities.
• Strong writing, organization, attention to detail, stakeholder coordination, and ability to manage deliverables against timelines.
• Experience using authoring tools, presentation tools, LMS platforms, collaboration tools, and basic multimedia development tools.
• Willingness to work at Filinvest Axis Tower 2, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop eLearning, ILT/VILT materials, job aids, microlearning, knowledge checks, and learner activities.
• Storyboard and align content with learning objectives and assessments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage deliverables within timelines.
• Utilize authoring tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia tools to create engaging content.
