Confidential - BPO Industry in Sucat, Paranaque is seeking Trainers to support the H&R Block seasonal account onsite with shifting schedules. This contract runs until April 30, 2027 with a basic salary up to PHP 35K plus a monthly bonus.

You will deliver training sessions, develop materials, manage schedules, mentor teammates, and lead a team of contributors while driving improvements in delivery and processes.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO setting.
• Minimum 2 years overall BPO experience.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training methodologies.
• Excellent English communication - written and verbal.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and people skills.
• Able to adjust training style to suit different learners.
• Background in Instructional Design or L&D is an advantage.
• Familiar with LMS and other training tools.

Salary: PHP 25,500 - 35,000 Basic Salary + Up to PHP 2,500 Monthly Performance Bonus

About the Role:

Looking for Trainers to support our H&R Block Seasonal Account in Sucat! This is a great opportunity for experienced BPO Trainers seeking a contractual role until April 2027 with up to PHP 35K basic pay plus bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions using presentations, manuals, and evaluations
