Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in training or organizational development. Strong facilitation, communication skills, and familiarity with digital transformation tools are essential. The role entails in-person training coordination and support for staff through change processes. This is a fixed-term position for 12 months.

Develop and implement the ACM Training Plan for projects.
Create and deliver training programs.

Manage course evaluations and feedback analysis.
Conduct training sessions for staff.
Conduct briefings, road shows, brown bag and other training sessions for management and staff.
Establish early-life and other support activities.
Respond to training queries and concerns and escalates issues to technical and support teams whenever necessary.

Detailed Tasks and/or Expected Output
Develop and implement the ACM Training Plan for assigned projects
Create, design and deliver training programs
Design, structure, and develop online / eLearning content aligned with the adoption of proposed changes
In coordination with the ACM team, contribute to a knowledge base for lessons learned and best practices
Prepare training environments, scenarios and associated user accounts
Initiate course evaluation and analyze collected feedback
Develop instructional materials, primarily through knowledge base articles and microlearning videos, and possibly other training collaterals such as user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs and exercises to support training for staff in close coordination with the technical team
Conduct briefings, road shows, brown bag and other training sessions for management and staff
Establish early-life and other support activities

Education And Work Experience
Bachelors degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in change management, training, or organizational development projects.
Experience facilitating training or change initiatives in large organizations.
Technical Knowledge
Understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter).
Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform).
Knowledge of stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training design.
