Job summary

Ascenders Business Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a skilled Collections Trainer to lead training initiatives for our online lending operations. You will design comprehensive training materials, deliver engaging sessions to diverse audiences, and leverage modern training tools to ensure clear understanding and measurable performance improvements.

The role is on-site at our Ortigas Center office in Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a collections trainer or in a similar training role.
• Deep understanding of collections processes, particularly in online lending.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
