Job summary

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking a proactive Trainer to lead pre-process and process training for new hires in our Cebu/Manila hubs. You will deliver and facilitate trainings, monitor performance, and generate reports to ensure high training quality.

The role requires at least 1 year in training, strong presentation and communication skills, and experience handling training for technical or Telco accounts is a plus. Join a people-first culture that supports growth and learning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or college degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in training or related field.
• Experience in pre-process and process training is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation ability.
• Organizational and planning skills; experience with technical or Telco accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting pre-process and process training to new hires and evaluate their performance based on their competencies.
• Deliver and facilitate Pre-Process and Process Trainings.
• Take up new hire Training batches.
• Maintain attrition and throughput as per process guidelines.
• Coach and counsel where-ever needed.
• Document Training reports and trackers.
• Conduct Pre & Post assessment to identify any red flags (if any).
• Provide feedback to specific areas of opportunity.
• Coach associates on DSAT with a clear understanding of process requirement.
• Generate and maintain regular reports.
• Understand process requirement.
• Conduct regular audits to check training effectiveness.
• Conduct Recursive Training based on Training Need Identification/Analysis from Operations/Quality.
• Help in creating training modules/curriculum.

Your Day-to-Day

Requirements

• Preferred: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

• Excellent Organizational and planning skills
• Preferred: Experience as a Trainer supporting Technical or Telecommunications (Telco) accounts.
