Your Role
As a Revenue Cycle Trainer, you will build and deliver Revenue Cycle training programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions and classroom‑based coaching in both onsite and virtual environments.
- Develop and deliver training on revenue cycle systems, applications, processes, and procedures.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and refresher training, including scheduling and tracking.
- Prepare training materials such as guides, manuals, documentation, and e‑learning modules.
- Partner with leadership and quality teams to identify training needs and implement solutions.
- Analyze data and prepare reports to evaluate training effectiveness and performance outcomes.
- Provide guidance on training methodologies and best practices.
Non‑negotiables
- Experience: At least 3 years of IV/Auth experience and 1 year of training experience, preferably within a Revenue Cycle function.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- RCM Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance verification and authorization processes, HIPAA regulations, and adult learning principles.
- Systems: Experience with EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills (minimum CEFR B2).
Preferred Skills
- Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of training or teaching experience.
- Educational Background: Degree in business, healthcare, or education.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Industry Exposure: Experience working with US healthcare providers or payers.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive patient information.
