Responsibilities

• A Corporate Trainer is responsible for performing skill assessments and delivering coaching to improve performance goals. A Corporate Trainer role is responsible for facilitating in-person, virtual or blended training when needed, to all levels of Team Members within the organization.

Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Review current available training programs and materials to become the subject matter expert and deliver training to specified workgroups.
• Facilitate trainings for onboarding and on-going, team building, and any additional training based on business needs.
• Effectively use educational tools to enhance learning experience.
• Identify trends and utilize training to improve the overall Team Member and customer experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for business impact and scalability.
• Track team member learning metrics and analyze on a quarterly basis for maximum ROI.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching by conducting evaluations to reinforce skills learned in training.
• Ensure the compliance of the company's Team Members with standards and procedures during training.

At least 1 year Healthcare account and 2 years Trainer experience in a BPO industry is REQUIRED.

Critical Requirement

• 2 to 3 years of solid Trainer experience in a BPO industry
• 1 to 3 years of Healthcare domain experience
• Bachelor's degree is required
• Should not be a job hopper
• Open for Filipinos and local applicants only
• Salary expectation must not be beyond the budget
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City and on a shifting schedule
• Can work immediately

Qualifications
