• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in trade operations or similar operations.
• Strong understanding of equity and ETF operations and reconciliations.
• Proven ability to lead complex investigations and preventive actions.
• Strong documentation for audit readiness.
• Risk-aware mindset to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational health for assigned coverage, including exception aging and control checkpoints.
• Lead investigations for high-impact and complex exceptions with timely resolution and updates.
• Document root cause, corrective actions, and preventive actions clearly.
• Strengthen procedures and controls by updating documentation and improving discipline.
• Drive process improvements to reduce risk, rework, and manual effort.
• Support daily operational activities such as reconciliations sign-offs, backlog clearance, and reporting support.
• Assist incident and problem management and ensure effective escalation and closure.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues to raise quality and ownership.
