Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in trade operations, financial services, or a similar role.
• Experience using trade processing and settlement platforms or equivalent systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Structured problem-solving to reconcile data and resolve exceptions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience following documented procedures and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate, document, and resolve breaks or discrepancies within agreed timelines.
• Execute trade processing activities to support accurate and timely settlement across multiple financial instruments.
• Monitor trade flows and identify, escalate, and remediate issues that may impact settlement.
• Maintain accurate trade records and support audit-ready documentation practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
• Partner with technology teams to support enhancements to trade processing workflows and systems.
• Support operational risk management by following controls, reporting issues, and adhering to risk management policies.
