Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking an Operations professional to support trading and settlement workflows within its Middle Office space in Metro Manila. The role focuses on managing trade lifecycle tasks, cross-training across teams, and driving process improvements while ensuring SLA adherence.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in related industry experience, strong Excel/SQL skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented, team‑oriented mindset suitable for a fixed shift environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in people management.
• Knowledge/exposure in Capital Markets and Trade Settlement/Life Cycle (Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel and SQL, or VBA.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output.
• Willingness to work a fixed GY shift and manage SLAs and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 2–3 years of related industry experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, and administrators to query, elevate and resolve issues pertaining to assigned processes.
• Cross-train and support/daily tasks from other Middle Office teams.
• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies through streamlining and automation projects.
• Perform hand offs reliably offshore and onshore.
• Maintain completeness and timeliness of process documentation.
• Take on additional responsibilities as the group expands.
