Job summary

Spruson & Ferguson in the Philippines is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to support international trademark matters, filings, and prosecution processes across jurisdictions.

You will manage portfolios, conduct clearance searches, respond to examination reports, coordinate filings, and monitor deadlines, with a strong command of English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar trademark role is highly advantageous.
• Able to handle high volumes of workload with good time management.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and trademark prosecution across Asia jurisdictions, including oppositions.
• Conduct clearance searches and advise on filing strategies.

As our newest Trademark Paralegal in our Philippines office, you will primarily support trademark matters across international markets and various jurisdictions, ensuring timely and accurate handling of filings, correspondence, and prosecution processes.
