Job summary

Spruson & Ferguson is seeking a Trademark Executive in the Philippines to support international trademark matters, filings, correspondence and prosecution processes across multiple jurisdictions. You will help manage portfolios, conduct clearance searches, respond to examination reports and coordinate filings globally.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of trademark matters in a global setting with mentorship, training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar trademark role is highly advantageous.
• Able to handle high volumes of workload with good time management.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Portfolios management strategy, trademark prosecution matters, including oppositions and other contentious matters within the Asia jurisdiction.
• Conducting clearance searches, advising on filing strategies
• Responding to examination reports
• Coordinating filings across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitoring and tracking crucial deadlines
