Job summary

AS White Global is seeking a motivated Paralegal to support solicitors on plaintiff personal injury matters, employment disputes, and insurance defence for insurer and corporate clients. The role is based in Manila, with initial onsite work and potential hybrid setup.

You'll prepare witness statements, affidavits, and briefs, draft correspondence, review evidentiary records, and coordinate medico-legal exams, using Smokeball and MS Office to stay organised and compliant.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a legal support, legal assistant, or paralegal role.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience drafting legal or professional documents.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smokeball or similar legal practice management software is highly desirable.
• Experience in personal injury, employment, insurance, or litigation matters; a Bachelor of Laws is an advantage.
