Job summary

SGS, the world leader in testing, inspection and certification, seeks a back-office professional to support TFS Switzerland operations from the Philippines. You will process requests, manage registrations and certifications, and liaise with the Switzerland team to ensure timely, accurate service.

English fluency is essential; German is a plus. Hybrid work arrangement is possible, with onsite presence 2 to 6 months depending on affiliate country.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification (min. 3 years' relevant sector/company experience).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in trade / import-export back-office operations.
• Experience in SGS TFS services is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process inspection requests and review accuracy/completeness.
• Back-office execution of registration and licensing.
• Issue certificates and amendments per country standards.
• Coordinate with SGS Switzerland for case execution and document handling.
• Ensure timely processing and adherence to service levels.
