Job summary

SGS in the Philippines seeks a RBS Trade Analyst to support TFS Switzerland operations from Muntinlupa. You will handle rules-based processing, documentation, certification handling, and trade follow-up in a back-office role.

Requirements include a university degree, 3 years of relevant experience, 2 years in trade/back-office, fluent English (German a plus), and proficiency with LIMS and order/document tools. On-site for 2–6 months is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant sector/company experience.
• 2 years' experience in trade / import-export back-office operations.
• Fluent English; German an advantage.
• Proficiency with operational systems (LIMS and group-sanctioned tools).

Responsibilities

• Back-office role supporting TFS Switzerland operations.
• Processing of inspection requests and licensing processes.
• Generating invoices and following up with exporters.
• Coordinate CoC issuance and data entry in systems.
