Based in Pasig City, the role focuses on identifying opportunities, negotiating with dealers and end users, and shaping category strategies with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in buying or trade development, strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a buying or trade development role within retail or consumer products.
• Demonstrated track record of successful negotiations and supplier management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and optimize trade performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiarity with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in retail and consumer products.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
