What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective trade marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, product availability, and sales performance across key retail accounts
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and execute targeted promotional activities, in-store merchandising, and other trade marketing initiatives
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize trade marketing efforts
• Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Liaise with retail partners to secure optimal shelf space, product placements, and promotional support
• Create engaging and impactful trade marketing materials, such as point-of-sale displays, product catalogues, and sales presentations
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trade marketing strategies to continuously improve our approach

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective trade marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Familiarity with the retail landscape and industry trends in the Philippines
