Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in sales data analysis or sales reporting.
• FMCG/retail/distribution experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and understanding of sales KPIs and trade concepts.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

About the role

Future Trade International Inc. is seeking a Sales Data Analyst - Trade Marketing to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing sales data, generating actionable insights, and supporting trade marketing initiatives that drive business growth. You will serve as a critical bridge between our sales operations, transforming complex data into strategic recommendations that enhance our competitive positioning in the marketplace. This position plays a vital role in optimizing our sales performance and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyze and interpret sales data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for business improvement
• Support trade marketing campaigns by analyzing market data, competitor intelligence and customer insights to inform strategy and execution
• Conduct market visits to monitor product placement, competitor activities, and pricing
• Conduct statistical analysis on sales performance, customer segmentation and product performance to guide strategic planning
• Prepare presentations and executive summaries that communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that inform pricing strategies and promotional activities
• Maintain data integrity by ensuring accurate data entry, validation and documentation of all sales and marketing information
• Support ad-hoc analysis requests from senior management and provide timely insights to support business decision-making

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Experience in sales data analysis, sales reporting or a similar analytical role within a sales
• Experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries is an advantage
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel (advanced)
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs and trade marketing concepts relevant to commercial operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity in all analytical work
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives
