Philip Morris International is seeking a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations across trade channels in a designated region. You will ensure execution excellence, drive business results, and collect consumer insights to support brand strategies.

The role requires collaboration with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, strong project management, and field sales exposure to deliver impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsabilités

• Strategy Execution: Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination: Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
