Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience managing Total Rewards programs at business unit or entity level.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, incentives and benefits administration.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Analytical with ability to translate data into insights; high data governance discipline.
• Experience in a regional or global organization with matrixed structures; familiar with external benchmarking providers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main Total Rewards contact for the entity; partner with HRBPs and leaders.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits and reward-related matters to attract and retain talent.
• Lead compensation planning, salary reviews, promotions, and incentive programs.
• Review salary proposals for internal equity and Total Rewards alignment.
• Oversee benchmarking activities, market analysis, and pay positioning guidance.
• Prepare and validate compensation reports; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Ensure governance and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and automation in Total Rewards workflows.
• Manage end-to-end benefits renewal processes and vendor relationships.
