Job summary

AIA is seeking a Total Rewards Consultant for MediCard in Makati to lead compensation planning, benchmarking, and governance. You will partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to ensure competitive and compliant reward programs. Strong data analytics, Excel, and HRIS experience are required.

The role emphasizes translating strategy into actionable plans, overseeing salary reviews, and driving process improvements in a regional/global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience managing or supporting Total Rewards programs at entity level.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, job evaluation, incentives, benefits administration.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with HRIS and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Experience in regional or global organizations with matrix structures.
• Exposure to benchmarking providers (e.g., Mercer, WTW).
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main Total Rewards partner for the assigned entity.
• Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and rewards to support talent.
• Translate enterprise Total Rewards strategy into actionable plans.
• Lead compensation planning, salary reviews, promotions, and incentives.
• Review salary proposals for internal equity and guidelines.
• Perform job evaluations in partnership with HRBP.
• Provide insights from compensation analytics and trends.
• Oversee benchmarking activities and market competitiveness.
• Ensure data integrity across reports with HRIS and analytics tools.
• Support governance, audits, and compliance of pay practices.
• Drive process improvements and automation in Total Rewards.
