Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking an HR Benefits Consultant in the Philippines to implement and manage employee benefit programs in line with policy and local regulations. The role involves end-to-end execution of benefits services across the group in the Philippines, coordinating with Benefits Specialist to ensure a seamless employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in benefits administration, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with Workday and SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• 10+ years of demonstrated experience in benefits administration and HR service delivery.
• Knowledge of Philippine statutory and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage employee benefits programs in accordance with policy and statutory standards.
• Execute end-to-end benefits services delivery across Philippine entities.
• Collaborate with Benefits Specialist and HR leadership to ensure positive employee experience.
• Oversee vendor management for benefits and compliance with OHS requirements.
