Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau in the Philippines seeks an HR Benefits Consultant to implement and manage employee benefits programs in line with policy and statutory standards, delivering services across the organization with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will lead end-to-end benefits processes, manage vendors for pension and statutory schemes, collaborate with Benefits Specialists, and drive employee communications via sessions and guides, ensuring a positive experience for all staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in benefits administration and HR service delivery.
• Knowledgeable about Philippines labor regulations and statutory standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/HR payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage employee benefits programs per policy and statutory standards.
• Execute end-to-end benefits services across the Philippines entities.
• Collaborate with MediCard Benefits Specialist for consistent employee experience.
• Manage vendor relationships for pension, ESPP, and statutory benefits.
• Develop employee communications, benefits guides, and conduct sessions/roadshows.
