Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a C&B Specialist to design and administer compensation, benefits, rewards, mobility, and workforce data reporting. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and compliant total rewards programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and Site Operations to deliver data-driven value propositions, support engagement, and retention, and drive equity across roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–8 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Experience in power systems, electronics manufacturing, or semiconductor sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR systems (SAP/Oracle/Workday).
• Certifications such as CCP, CBP, or GMS are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer competitive and equitable compensation structures across the organization.
• Benchmark roles using market data to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Administer benefits programs in line with Philippine laws (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Coordinate end-to-end annual compensation review processes, merit increases, and bonuses.
• Lead local and international mobility programs, including relocations and assignments.
• Develop and improve reporting dashboards and workforce data insights.
