Semirara Mining And Power Corporation is seeking a Manager - Total Rewards to lead the design, governance, and optimization of compensation, benefits, incentives, and reward programs across its corporate, mining, and power operations.

The role focuses on maintaining a competitive and equitable total rewards framework, driving benchmarking, salary structure design, and governance while partnering with Finance on cost modeling and budgeting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Formal training or certification in Compensation and Job Evaluation is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the organization's total rewards philosophy, policies, and governance framework.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation, and salary structure management.
• Drive annual salary review planning, modeling, and governance.
• Design and oversee incentive and performance-based reward programs.
• Manage benefits strategy and conduct regular competitiveness and cost reviews.
• Partner with Finance on workforce cost budgeting and reward scenario modeling.
• Provide expert guidance on promotions, transfers, organizational changes, retention programs, and restructuring initiatives.
• Monitor internal pay equity, compensation risks, market competitiveness, and reward analytics.
• Ensure all reward decisions are compliant, auditable, and aligned with company policies and delegated authorities.

We are looking for a Manager - Total Rewards to lead the design, governance, and optimization of our compensation, benefits, incentives, and reward programs. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our total rewards strategy remains competitive, equitable, financially sustainable, and aligned with business objectives across our corporate, mining, and power operations.

What You'll Do

As the Manager - Total Rewards, you will:

• Develop and maintain the organization's total rewards philosophy, policies, and governance framework.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation, and salary structure management.
• Drive annual salary review planning, modeling, and governance.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Formal training or certification in Compensation and Job Evaluation is highly preferred.

Experience

• At least 8 years of Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience supporting industrial, site-based, mining, manufacturing, or similar operations is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in reward analytics, compensation modeling, and senior stakeholder management.
