Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Finance, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–8 years in compensation and benefits, total rewards, or HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-m mandated benefits.
• Experience in power/electronics manufacturing or semiconductor sectors.
• Advanced Excel and dashboards; experience with HRIS such as SAP/Oracle/Workday.

• Design and administer compensation and benefits programs aligned with company strategy.
• Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Manage day-to-day administration of benefits including health, life, retirement, and leave benefits.
• Coordinate end-to-end annual compensation review processes and provide analytics dashboards.
• Facilitate local and international mobility programs and related logistics and tax implications.
• Develop and improve recognition programs and workforce data reporting.
