Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a Specialist in Compensation & Market Benchmarking based in the Philippines. You will support compensation structures, job levels, and salary ranges aligned with global Total Rewards frameworks, and perform market benchmarking to ensure competitive positioning within services markets.

You will liaise with market research partners, provide analytical support for annual compensation reviews, and assist HR Business Partners with data-driven insights for role

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience specializing in Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, or Rewards & Recognition.
• Solid understanding of the Philippine Total Rewards landscape, especially in Shared Services, BPO, or Professional Services.
• Experience with market research providers and benchmarking vendors.
• Hands-on benchmarking, salary survey participation, and market pricing activities.
• Working knowledge of HRIS platforms, compensation planning tools, and benchmarking systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of compensation structures, job levels, and salary ranges in alignment with GCS and global Total Rewards frameworks.
• Perform market benchmarking and salary surveys for roles based in the Philippines, ensuring competitive positioning within shared services and professional services markets.
• Liaise with external market research and benchmarking partners to participate in surveys, validate benchmark data, and interpret market trends.
• Provide analytical support for annual compensation review activities, including data preparation, validation, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist HR Business Partners by providing market data and insights to support compensation-related queries and role evaluations.
