Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions is seeking a skilled Total Rewards professional to manage compensation governance, budgets, and data accuracy across SAP HR Payroll, SuccessFactors, and Power BI reporting. This role partners with HR, Payroll, andFinance to ensure compliant, timely execution of programs.

You will own in-campaign activities, lead governance for STB/MBP, and support post-campaign reconciliation and communication with stakeholders. A strong user of Excel and BI tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Strong experience in Total Rewards operations and annual compensation/bonus cycles.
• Hands-on coordination across SuccessFactors, SAP, ReD, dashboards/Power BI and payroll interfaces; operational control ownership, data quality correction.

Responsibilities

• Campaign preparation and governance for salary review and Total Rewards programs.
• In-campaign monitoring with dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting packs.
• Post-campaign payroll handoffs, tax submissions, and data integrity governance.
• Data quality and HRBP support for bonus programs and STB eligibility.
• Oversight of MBP eligibility, incentive plans, and quarterly sales incentives.
