Nestlé Business Solutions in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking a Compensation/Total Rewards Specialist with 3+ years of experience. You’ll lead end-to-end compensation campaigns, manage salary reviews and LTI programs, and ensure data quality across HR and payroll systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business related field course.
Experience in Total Rewards operations and annual compensation/bonus cycles.
Hands-on coordination across SuccessFactors, SAP, ReD, dashboards/Power BI and payroll interfaces; operational control ownership, data quality correction.
HRBP follow-up and cross-functional stakeholder management; exposure to LTI/vesting, sales incentives, payroll instructions and tax/social security-sensitive activities.
Analytical, organized and keen to details.
System and process-oriented with the ability to identify & resolve critical issues.
Have used SAP HR Payroll and/or Success Factors or other HR systems.
Experience in data validation, analysis and computations.
With strong customer service orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service.
Able to handle pressure and deadlines.
With average written & verbal communication skills in English.
Able to handle highly sensitive Compensation information in a confidential and professional manner.
Able to create process documentations.
Advanced use of MS Excel.
Agility to learn new systems and tools.
Able to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Willing to adjust shift schedule as demanded by the business.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end compensation campaign preparation, execution, and post-implementation activities.
Manage salary review, bonus, incentive, and long-term incentive (LTI) programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Oversee compensation data quality, governance controls, eligibility reviews, and system validations across HR and payroll platforms.
Coordinate compensation-related payroll activations, tax submissions, financial reconciliations, and reporting activities.
Assess and manage compensation impacts resulting from organizational changes, employee movements, and restructuring initiatives.
Resolve compensation, bonus, and payroll-related exceptions while delivering a positive employee experience.
Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Tax, and external vendors to ensure seamless program execution.
Provide reporting, analytics, and insights to support compensation governance and leadership decision-making.
Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and governance controls.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
