Job summary

BHP is seeking a Reward Operations Specialist to execute reward activities, ensure data quality, and provide insights to support decision-making. You will work with HR, Payroll, Finance, Digital, and external vendors to align with governance and policy while driving process improvements and automation opportunities.

The role emphasizes data analytics, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement to enhance overall rewards programs and governance.

Qualifications

Experience with HR systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and data analysis.
Ability to deliver data-driven insights from large datasets.
Experience across HR, Payroll, Finance and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Execute Reward Operations across remuneration, benefits, job evaluation, reporting, governance, and stakeholder support.
Deliver data quality, reports, modelling, and insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with HR, Reward, Payroll, Finance, Digital and vendors to align with policies.
Identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
Lead or contribute to projects as needed.
