Job summary

SPi Global (now Straive) is seeking a Total Rewards Officer to design and administer compensation and benefits aligned with Philippine laws and global best practices. You will build a competitive framework and oversee benefits operations at our Parañaque site.

The role requires 3+ years in Total Rewards or HR analytics, a Bachelor's in HR/BA/Finance, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with HRIS/payroll platforms; on-site work is required in SPi Global Building, Pascor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling) and familiarity with HRIS/Payroll platforms.
• Strong background in Philippine labor standards, tax rules on fringe benefits, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Compensation & Market Analysis: perform job evaluations, market salary benchmarking, and cost-modeling.
• Benefits Administration: oversee daily operations of employee benefits (group HMO, life insurance, leave policies, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Rewards & Incentives: support annual salary reviews, merit increases, bonus schemes, and non-monetary recognition programs.
• Data Analytics & HRIS: maintain rewards databases, audit compensation data, and generate HR analytics reports.

STRAIVE is urgently looking for a Total Rewards Officer to manage the strategic design and administration of our compensation and benefits programs. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and administration of a competitive compensation and benefits framework that aligns with Philippine labor laws and global best practices.

Core Responsibilities

• Compensation & Market Analysis: Perform job evaluations, market salary benchmarking, and cost-modeling to support competitive pay structures.

• Benefits Administration: Oversee daily operations of employee benefits, including group HMO, life insurance, leave policies, and statutory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).

• Rewards & Incentives: Support annual salary reviews, merit increases, performance bonus schemes, and non-monetary recognition programs.

• Data Analytics & HRIS: Maintain rewards databases, audit compensation data, and generate actionable HR analytics reports using Excel and HRIS tools.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all reward policies comply with Philippine labor laws, tax regulations, and internal audit guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Analytics.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or related fields.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling) and familiarity with HRIS/Payroll platforms.

• Industry Knowledge: Strong background in Philippine labor standards, tax rules on fringe benefits, and statutory compliance.

• Work Set-up: Willing to work on a full on-site arrangement, located in SPi Global Building, Pascor Drive, Parañaque City (Landmark: Near Duty Free Philippines, across NAIA Terminal 1)
