• Execute end‑to‑end rewards processes in line with global standards, SLAs, and market requirements.
• Perform regular validation, reconciliation, and control checks on rewards data.
• Handle highly sensitive compensation information with confidentiality and data privacy discipline.
• Support automation and digitalization initiatives (dashboards, workflows) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
