Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Manila, Philippines, is seeking an Analyst for Total Rewards EMEA. You will deliver administration and execution of compensation and benefits programs across the EMEA region, partnering with regional leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.

The role offers exposure to regional projects, analytics, and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or economics.
1–3 years in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
Strong Excel skills; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Total Rewards inquiries and act as regional SME.
Assist with compensation and benefits administration across EMEA markets.
Support annual compensation processes including salary review and incentives planning.
Conduct market pricing analyses using survey data for competitiveness and equity.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for Total Rewards decisions.
Collaborate with HR and Finance to implement compensation changes.
Support regional benefits administration and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and governance standards.
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements.
