The successful candidate will collaborate with HR partners, ensure data integrity, and help develop salary structures, benchmarking, and reporting for leadership. 1–3 years in Total Rewards and proficiency in Excel/Workday are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; preferred fields include Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics.
• 1–3 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, HR Operations, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with HR systems (Workday) preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, regional environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end year-end compensation planning and LTI Choice program components with timelines and regional nuances.
• Perform testing, validation, reconciliation, and audit checks for accurate calculations and payouts.
• Investigate data issues and document root causes and corrective actions.
• Develop compensation analytics, reports, and summaries for leadership decision-making.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and stakeholder communications.
• Support global compensation survey lifecycle including job matching, validation, submission, and results ingestion.
• Maintain data integrity, documentation, and auditability of processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
