Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst, Benefits – EMEA, located in Manila, Philippines. This role is part of the HR Global Services Benefits organization and focuses on delivering a consistent, high-quality employee benefits experience across the EMEA region.

You will administer and improve benefits programs, work with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and support enrollment, communications, and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in benefits/HR/shared services/Total Rewards.
• HRIS and benefits administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tier 2.0 and Tier 1.5 benefits cases for EMEA employees.
• Support leave and time-off programs; policy guidance and case management.
• Partner with external vendors (Aon, Alight) for benefits service delivery.
• Support annual benefits renewal, enrollment, testing, and issue resolution.
• Assist with new benefit programs, plan enhancements, and change initiatives.
• Respond to policy inquiries and provide benefits guidance.
• Maintain benefits plan documentation and resources.
• Develop and deliver employee communications about benefits.
• Support processes including OTP, EIB transactions, and benefits system activities.
• Administer social and government-manded benefits per local market requirements.
• Support insurance plans, claims inquiries, and vendor escalations.
• Assist with pension and fleet programs as applicable.
• Support flexible work arrangements administration.
• Analyze benefits data to improve service and efficiency.
