Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Sales Development Officer for Top Accounts in Cebu to drive growth by executing account development strategies. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, delivering timely service, and building strong relationships with distributors and top accounts.

Travel to field locations is required. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years FMCG experience, and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to meet collection

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in a business-related course.
• Proficiency in negotiation and product selling.
• At least 3 years of relevant FMCG experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and serve as the primary point of contact for top-account inquiries and concerns.
• Cultivate and sustain strong business relationships with distributors and top accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and contributing to sales growth.
• Achieve collection goals for active accounts and resolve outstanding balances from inactive accounts while adhering to company policies and industry standards.
• Implement promotional strategies within the assigned customer base to promote FELCO products to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promptly address invoicing, collection, and delivery concerns.
