SGV & Co. is seeking a motivated Associate Product Owner within our Business Transformation practice.

You’ll guide clients through defining, designing and delivering enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, translating business needs into actionable product features. In a collaborative team, you’ll conduct business process reviews, help prioritize the product backlog, and align processes with industry-leading capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information systems or related fields.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience as a business analyst/product owner/project manager.
• Familiarity with BPMN and BABOK.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
• Ability to work effectively within cross functional teams and foster a positive environment.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsabilités

• Conduct business process reviews to understand current operations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement based on current-state reviews.
• Document business processes following industry-leading standards for process modelling.
• Assist in elicitation and refinement of requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable product features and functional requirements.
• Define epics and features of product.
• Support creation and management of the product backlog.
• Assist prioritization of backlog based on a value-based framework.
• Align business processes with industry-leading solution capabilities.
• Monitor delivery of product features.
