iSupport Worldwide is hiring a Logistics Analyst I to support transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, and 3PL coordination across global supply chain activities.

The role emphasizes process improvements, import/export documentation, and reporting to enable informed operational decisions. Strong Excel and English communication skills are required for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in SCM, Logistics, BA, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or 3PL.
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, inventory, and import/export processes.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, TMS, and WMS systems.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills; strong written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics and supply chain transactions with 3PL partners.
• Coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory movements, and reverse logistics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with 3PL providers and carriers.
• Support process improvements for efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare import/export documents and process shipments in TMS.
• Generate logistics reports and analytics for decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
